Don Edwards Park is a five-field baseball complex located in Newark, Ohio, built originally as one field in 1963 by Don "Gramps" Edwards. The facility has served as the host of multiple leagues, tournaments and events through the years. As our community has grown the ballpark has grown to serve the needs of the youth of our area.
Today this iconic Park is owned by the City of Newark and managed by the Buckeye Valley Family YMCA. As we enter the new decade and reflect back on our 50+ years of service to the community we realize that our impact goes beyond the borders of our county and reflects to the thousands of visitors we have had over the years. We are thankful to be a small part of the history of The Greatest Game on Earth, and every year we anxiously await the first signs of spring!
