Registration Opens July 7th!
The Registration button will open on July 7th at 8am. Until that time, it will not allow registrations. If the program is full there will be an option to go on the waitlist. Online registration will close on July 25th, 2025. After the 25th, you will need to contact abbey.edward@bvfymca.org to register.
BEFORE AND AFTER SCHOOL INFORMATION
This program provides high-quality affordable care for children in grades K-6th in the Licking Heights School District that will help promote social, emotional and cognitive skills. Care is available both before and after school hours, including early release days, allowing parents to work a full day.

Members: $70/Week
Non-Members: $90/Week
After School Care
Members: $85/Week
Non-Members: $105/Week
Before and After School Care
Members: $115/Week
Non-Members: $135/Week
School Days Out (Scheduled)
Members: $40/Day
Non-Members: $50/Day
DOCUMENTS AND FORMS
As part of our online registration process, we are now utilizing new online forms through FiveStar Registration. You will be emailed a 5 star account registration link and that will allow you to complete all necessary enrollment forms before the school year begins.
