To create a working email link, select the text you want to link and click the link button:
From there, you need to type "mailto:" and then the email address. If "mailto:" is not before the email address, the link will not work.
Example:
This must be done every time an email address is changed in order for it to work. Simply editing the text on the page will not change the link.
