BEFORE AND AFTER SCHOOL INFORMATION
This program provides high-quality affordable care for children in grades K-6th in the Licking Heights School District that will help promote social, emotional and cognitive skills. Care is available both before and after school hours, including early release days, allowing parents to work a full day.

Members: $74/Week
Non-Members: $95/Week
After School Care
Members: $89/Week
Non-Members: $110/Week

Members: $121/Week

DOCUMENTS AND FORMS
As part of our online registration process, we are now utilizing new online forms through FiveStar Registration. You will be emailed a 5 star account registration link and that will allow you to complete all necessary enrollment forms before the school year begins.

School-Age Program Tuition & Closures
Our Before & After School Care Program provides a safe and engaging environment for children during out-of-school hours. Please review the following information about tuition and care during school closures:
- Prorated Tuition:
Tuition will be prorated for scheduled school closures such as teacher in-service days, Labor Day, and other planned days off listed on the school calendar. - Unscheduled Closures (Inclement Weather):
Tuition will not be prorated for unscheduled school closures such as inclement weather or emergency closings.
We may offer a Schools-Out Day at an additional daily rate if staffing and demand allow. Families will be notified as soon as possible when this care becomes available. - Weekly Tuition Policy:
Tuition is due weekly regardless of your child’s attendance. The only exceptions are Christmas Break and Spring Break, when regular tuition is not charged. - Schools-Out Care (Scheduled Days):
Care is typically offered on most scheduled days off, including during Christmas and Spring Break. This care is available at a daily rate and requires separate registration in advance.
