Wellness Coaching is a complimentary program for all Buckeye Valley Family YMCA members. Meeting with a Wellness Coach will provide you with an easy-to-follow plan and access to our cutting-edge fitness tools. You will not be alone in this process. Our highly-trained staff will help you set attainable goals and will provide that ongoing support necessary for your success!
Why do I need this program?
The odds are stacked against you if you try to go it alone. Studies show that 85% of people who try an exercise program will fail. That’s where we come in. We give you basic information to help you hit the ground running with absolute confidence, and without feeling overwhelmed!

Learn key exercises that will make the greatest impact based on the goals you have established with your coach. Whether it be strength training, swimming, or group fitness classes, we will help you decide where to start to reach your goals!

Meeting with a Wellness Coach can help you familiarize yourself with the YMCA and everything we have to offer – plus decide what offerings best align with your goals!
