The Membership Services Representative is responsible for providing excellent, timely and courteous customer service to all members, guests and program participants. In addition to enrolling new members and registering program participants, the Membership Services Representative handles and resolves membership concerns.

The ideal candidate must be able to work weekends.

All employees receive a free individual YMCA membership!

Requirements:
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 2 years of previous customer, service sales or related experience.
• Strong communication skills (verbal, written and interpersonal).
• Excellent computer knowledge/proficiency.
• Must be able to work evenings and weekends.
