Designed for children ages 5–12 with disabilities this 30-minute parent-participation class uses basic gymnastics to build motor skills, body awareness, coordination, confidence and social skills in a safe, structured environment.
Designed for children ages 12 months–5 years, preschool gymnastics introduces movement and basic gymnastics while helping children build motor skills, strength and social skills in a fun, supportive environment.
Designed for children ages 5 and up, progressive gymnastics helps participants advance their skills while building coordination, balance, strength, flexibility and confidence in a safe, supportive environment.
Open to adults of all experience levels, from former gymnasts to complete beginners. Practice skills, build strength and endurance, or train at your own pace with staff available to assist.
For gymnasts ready to compete at a higher level. Athletes train and compete by skill level, not age, with opportunities to participate in league meets and championship competitions.
