BEFORE AND AFTER SCHOOL INFORMATION
This program provides high-quality affordable care for children in grades K-6th in the Licking Heights School District that will help promote social, emotional and cognitive skills. Care is available both before and after school hours, including early release days, allowing parents to work a full day.

Members: $70/Week
Non-Members: $90/Week

Members: $85/Week

2025-26 REGISTRATION
Current School Age Families
We will be enrolling all our CURRENTLY enrolled families the week of May 19-23rd. 2025. All current families will receive an email from Carrie Rocco with a link to register. Registration will only be done online to secure your spot for the Fall. Registration for current families will only be OPEN for the week of May 19-23rd, 2025. After May 23rd online registration will close and you will have to email Carrie Rocco at carrie.rocco@bvfymca to enroll and are not guaranteed a spot.
New School Age Families
New families to the YMCA before and aftercare for the 2025-26 school year will be eligible to enroll the week of July 7th-11th 2025. A "REGSITER HERE" link will be posted on this webpage on July 1st but will NOT open until at 8 AM on July 7th, 2025. You will not be able to register before July 7th, 2025. All registration will be done online to secure your spot the week of July 7-11th, 2025. If the program is full there will be an option to go on the waitlist.
DOCUMENTS AND FORMS
As part of our online registration process, we are now utilizing new online forms through FiveStar Registration. You will be emailed a 5 star account registration link and that will allow you to complete all necessary enrollment forms before the school year begins.
