Our mission is to help individuals and families in our community reach their full potential through a variety of programs and services. When it comes to creativity, many of our programs offer unique opportunities for children to learn and develop through hands-on experiences. From arts and crafts to music and drama, creativity is baked into many of our programs.
One of the things we love the most about our creative programs is how they complement the traditional academic subjects taught in school. Research has shown that incorporating creative activities into education can improve academic performance and critical thinking skills. By encouraging creativity, children will use a different part of their brain and develop a more well-rounded set of skills.

Child Watch
For active parents who want to make use of the Y facilities, we offer a Child Watch service. Parents can workout or participate in group classes while having the peace of mind that their kids are safe and nearby. Child Watch includes activities like free play and coloring. Your children will look forward to their time at the Y where they can engage with other children their age, and explore their artistic side.
Before And After School Care
One of our most beloved programs for young children is our before and after school child care. These sessions provide quality affordable care for children grades K-6th that will help promote social, emotional and cognitive skills; care is provided both before and after school hours, including early release days, allowing parents to work a full day. But it's not just about supervision – our childcare sessions also offer a chance for children to engage in fun and educational activities.
Our childcare staff are trained to provide a supportive and encouraging environment where children feel free to experiment and try new things. We understand that every child is different and we celebrate their individuality by valuing their ideas and creations. This not only builds their confidence but also teaches them important skills such as problem-solving, critical thinking, and self-expression.
Summer Camp
During the summer months we offer Summer camp which includes daily activities of songs, arts and crafts, games, and more! For children who want to explore specific creative pursuits, we also offer specialty camps, within our summer camp. Programs like Lights, Camera, Action incorporate singing, dancing, acting, magic, improv and lip-synch. These activities not only allow children to express themselves but also help them develop important social skills. Children will learn to work together in a group, listen to others, and communicate effectively. These skills are essential for success both in and outside of the classroom.
