General Information

The YMCA Before and After School Care program provides quality affordable care for children that helps promote social, emotional and cognitive skills. The program provides care for both before and after school hours, allowing parents to work a full day.

Registration

To register, please download and complete the required School Age Enrollment AND ODJFS Health forms for each child and email them to Megan Wells, School Age and Camp Coordinator at megan.wells@bvfymca.org.

**2023-2024 UPDATES**

ZANESVILLE CITY SCHOOLS BEFORE AND AFTER SCHOOL

  • BEGINS MONDAY, AUGUST 21ST
  • HOURS - 6:30AM - 6:00PM 
  • At this time, all ZCS families should plan for students to attend Before and After School at JOHN MCINTIRE ELEMENTARY. Should busing be secured, families will be notified and care will move to the Muskingum County Family YMCA.
  • STUDENTS AT ZANE GREY and NATIONAL ROAD must contact the ZCS Transportation Department to arrange for busing.

WEST MUSKINGUM ELEMENTARY BEFORE AND AFTER SCHOOL

  • Due to low enrollment, the last day for this program will be Friday, November 3, 2023.

  • If you would like to be notified in the event that interest increases and we are able to reopen the program, please contact Megan Wells at megan.wells@bvfymca.org
