The Youth Sports Assistant will assist in all aspects of our youth sports programs. This individual will ensure a great environment and act as a liaison between volunteer coaches and the Program Director. Under general supervision, cares for and maintains applicable facilities. The person is an advocate for YMCA Core values and assists in carrying out the YMCA mission statement.
